Refund Policy

We accept requests for returns and exchanges on eligible new CORKCICLE merchandise. Begin a request within 30 days after delivery; the request window is measured from receipt, not the order date.

Choosing to return or report a problem

An item returned because of a changed preference or an option chosen in error must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Please also contact us about a damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrectly sent, or materially misdescribed item; the problem itself does not remove your right to request help. Non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect.

Request and mailing steps

Write to moponokep899@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and reason for the request. For a product problem, include helpful photos or video when available. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address and instructions before mailing anything. The free prepaid return label is included in the original parcel; if it is lost or missing, ask us for help. Its presence does not waive the approval step.

Exchanges and refund timing

Eligible exchanges are reviewed subject to stock. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once a refund is approved, we process it and initiate credit to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or card provider may need additional time to post that credit.
