Catalog and orders

We work to keep product descriptions, images, options, and prices accurate, while acknowledging that displayed details can require correction. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Stock, address, payment, fraud, pricing, or technical issues may lead us to limit or cancel an order where permitted. Checkout shows the applicable USD amount, tax, and delivery charge.

Delivery and after-sale rights

The Shipping Policy separates preparation from transit. Under our Refund Policy, qualifying new unused no-defect items and items with problems may be returned, eligible exchanges are accepted subject to review and inventory, and requests begin within 30 days after delivery. Obtain approval before mailing a return using the free prepaid label included with the parcel. There is no restocking fee; approved refunds are initiated within 10 days. Applicable non-waivable consumer rights remain.
